West Lancashire Borough Council aspire to build low carbon homes for the future and retrofit existing council stock; improving energy efficiency, reducing fuel poverty and tackling climate change. Its development company Tawd Valley Developments has committed to make this a priority, developing a low carbon housing plan by the end of 2021. The December 2021 event will focus on the actions, resources and partnership working across public and private sectors to deliver the plan across the borough and beyond.
