Manchester City Council

Following 2019’s Low Carbon Homes event, the city has committed to developing a retrofit housing plan in time for the 2020 event. This follows the adoption of new science-based climate change targets to become a zero-carbon city by 2038, and the creation of a zero carbon framework by the Manchester Climate Change Agency.

This years’ event focuses on the actions and resources required to deliver the retrofit plan across the city and wider city region.
