Local Energy North West

James Johnson is the project lead for Local Energy North West Hub. James works with LEPs and local authorities to respond to energy policy and the climate agenda. James is a specialist in energy in the built environment with a Masters in Building Services Engineering and Sustainable Energy. A Chartered Engineer (CEng) and Member of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE).

Local Energy North West Hub supports organisations across the North West of England to identify, develop and implement energy projects. The programme is supported by central government and is overseen by the five local enterprise partnerships in the North West of England. The Local Energy North West Hub works with public sector organisations to improve the business case for their energy schemes.
